"A brilliant “period” of excellent assistance ,as expected from previous experience. Rowland is so expert, informative, thorough & helpful.....truly exceptional. This turned out to be a long session as much needed to be checked , due to past cowboy work ( through a previous owner ) , but I am now confident that as a result of Rowland’s investigations, only carried out because necessary, will result in a lot of savings on my elec. bill ,a much safer wiring system etc.
